Government Technology
The iDesignproject Government Accelerators will accelerate the implementation of projects, policies, and regulations, and instill the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in the Government, as well as encourage integration between governmental entities and the private sector.
Federal agencies are faced with a suite of technologies that are nebulous yet promising. Big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and others—whether developed by established companies or small startups— have the same disruptive potential of their technological counterparts of old. But will they find a home within the federal government? Can they make the government more efficient or save costs? Defense and intelligence agencies can meet mission requirements and provide near-real-time operation visualization with communication solutions, applications, and specialized intelligent operations tools.

Reengineering technology
With 10-20 percent of U.S. GDP tied to government procurement ($2-3 Trillion per year in non-defense spending), it makes up a substantial part of the US economy. Historically, government agencies did not have the data tools to share their purchase transactions with each other resulting in soiled inefficiencies and wasted spending. The scale of this fragmented process and inter-agency disconnect is what motivated iDesignproject to work with startups and help mentor their companies and provide them with the guidance to a sale and scale their solutions and innovations, and we do that by. Helping startups and companies understand and work with the Technology Transfer Program’s (TTP) patent licensing activities—to create dynamic, effective partnerships between the Agency and industry that deliver advanced capabilities into the marketplace.
